It's very clean, the cleaning personel is the only employees u will ever meet there and they are very kind. The location is really nice (small brook by the building, tram line and major bus lines right next to it). The room was comfortable, well equipped, well thought through. The place feels cozy and u can see the company cares for u to come back.
There is nobody you can talk to when u face some issue. You are forced to talk to a chatbot which is absolutely terrible and useless. Cleaning personel is there during some hours of the day but they are there to take care of the space (which they do, it shows). Was there a human being available on the phone at least when u need help, i would give it 10 in 10.

Clean , good value, easy check-in, responsive
City tax not mentioned in the total price when reserving at booking.com. on other accommodation is clearly mentioned you pay xx through booking.com , y at the accommodation. I got to know about the extra cost only when doing online check-in
