Unmanaged!!
knowing parrots trouble,
They should have permanent solution for wires to fix internet .
Also normally paying good amount for hotek.
The hotel keeps toothbrush and a room slipper . But here we had no kit of tooth brush and room slipper .

The house with a wonderful designs and authentic furniture. Jaguars slept on our terrace and so many beautiful parrots. It's a very cozy park and there's a golf club nearby. We will definitely come back

We had the best time and the whole experience completed exceeded our expectations! Brilliant stay!! The VIP experience feeding the birds was also amazing and the jaguars were fantastic!! Thoroughly enjoyed
Wish parking was a little closer but only a 5 mins walk and the buggies to help with luggage and transport you at the start and end was brilliant so really not that much of a problem

Location was great easy accessible
The staff in the restaurant are very rude as they didn’t want to speak English or help in anyway , I asked the hotel reception in restaurant if it’s okay to get milk for my 2 year old he stated it is 10€ for lol a long life milk which was 1L enough for the night they overcharge as they know your a tourist and take advantage of you , as they is no shop around the area wel overpriced bottle of water 4£ lol crazy
