Pościel była brudna i śmierdząca, woda była zimna. Brak kontaktu z właścicielem. Po 1 nocy zmieniliśmy hotel, gdyż w takich warunkach nie dało się mieszkać. Poprosiliśmy o zwrot kosztów za 2 nie wykorzystane noce. Nie oddali nam pieniędzy. Ten właściciel oszukuje swoich gości, nie sprzątając po poprzednich gościach. Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Lepiej poszukać czegoś innego.

Sehr unsauberes Apartment und Gebäude- absolut enttäuschend
Der Standort der Unterkunft hat mir gefallen, weil es eine schöne Stadt ist.
Es gab einen großen Parkplatz für das Objekt.
Die Beschreibung zum Check - in und Check - out waren sehr gut.
Das Apartment hatte einen Balkon ohne Sitzmöbel, Fernseher, Küchengeräte wie Beschrieben vorhanden, die aufgrund des unsauberen Zustandes nicht genutzt werden konnten.
Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses, inklusive des Treppenhauses, des Fahrstuhls und des Flures zum Apartment waren in einem sehr heruntergekommenden Zustand, unsauber und an einigen Stellen kaputt.
Da im Keller Köder für Ratten ausgelegt waren, hatte sich für mich die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ebenfalls erübrigt.
Beim Aufschließen der Wohnung hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, weil das Licht im Flur nicht ging. Als ich dann mit Hilfe meines Handys Licht ins Dunkel brachte, war ich das erste Mal geschockt. Die Falzseite/ Futterseite der Tür war sowas von zerfranst. Die Folie der Tür blätterte an dieser Kannte ab.
Beim Betreten des Apartments kam mir ein Uringeruch entgegen. Auf den ersten Blick sah das Zimmer ordentlich aus. Zwei Betten frisch bezogen mit je zwei zusammengerollten Handtüchern. Beim Einräumen meiner Lebensmittel in den Kühlschrank suchte ich vergebens den Griff. Als ich die Wasserschale meines Hundes mit frischem Wasser füllen wollte, war alles rostbraun. Ich ließ das Wasser dann erstmal eine Weile laufen.
Dann der zweite Schock....der Balkon war voller Zigarettenkippen (obwohl Nichtraucher Apartment) und Dreck, sowie Vogelkot auf dem Balkongeländer und Balkon. Sitzmöbel gab es eh nicht. Also fegte ich den Unrat zusammen, um am nächsten Morgen Booking.com zu informieren.
Im Bad dann der eindringliche Gestank nach Urin. Leider konnte ich an dem Abend nicht weiterreisen und musste dort übernachten. Am Morgen der nächste Schock, als ich mir einen Frühstückskaffee mit der Filterkaffeemaschine zubereiten wollte. Voll verdreckt, von Innen wie Außen und als Zugabe eine vertrocknete Motte in der Kanne. Der Eckel ging weiter, als ich beschloss, meinen Kaffee mit Heißwasser aufzugießen. Der Wasserkocher war nämlich von innen voll verkalkt. Meinen Toast konnte ich nicht toasten, da auch dieses Gerät voller Dreck war, oben drauf und von innen.
Nach Rücksprache mit Booking.com wurde mir versichert, dass der Vermieter jemanden vorbeischicken würde.
