Well equipped kitchen with tea , coffee, sugar, etc, which was welcoming. Comfortable sofa, nice size tv. House was clean and tidy. Good location. Near bus stops and local coop. Soon felt at home.
The double bed was not very comfortable. Had to lie on duvet to cushion the springs . The garden bench felt old and unsafe. No hot water for first day but fixed next day.

They were very amenable and helped us with things that needed sorting.
Like the heating not working and a bed being broken, the bin collection and pluming stuff.
Great communication when we wanted to extend our stay.

Wonderful garden (small and overlooked but that is just how it is in this area)

Mostly everything you need in the kitchen and all bedding / towels provided.
Good shower although the water drains pretty slow.
Right next to Willen Lake which is beautiful
Right next to a huge football playing field and walks for the dog
Main bedroom is a great size the other 2 are pretty small. For 3 people it has worked well
We are definitely enjoying our stay for the location and the house has all we need.
When we moved in we needed the handy man round straight away to sort out the boiler that wasn't working and the bed in the 3rd bedroom was completely broken-slats were not nailed in and it looked collapsed in the middle. That wasn't ideal on an already stressful day. (They did replace the bed very quickly though and got us electrical heaters while they sorted the heating but it was pretty tough in December trying to stay warm)
Staff seem to turn up and just let themselves in with no notice- gardener and handy man- so we have had to remind the management company that we need notice as we have a dog and need to make sure he is secure before anyone comes into the property.
Every 2 weeks cleaners will come so if this isn't convenient then you have to remember to cancel them.
It is very, very expensive for what it is. The living room is a lot smaller than the pictures make it look and we do struggle to all sit at the dining table.
