bello dalle foto ma non all'altezza delle aspettative

hotel nuovissimo e molto bello, ma certamente molto fuori mano rispetto al centro e un po' "isolato", la vista all'intorno è dei cantieri delle urbanizzazioni in corso e quindi non un gran che. la camera era piccola e pure un po' scomoda. Letto confortevole e bella piscina.

il bagno piccolo con la porta che aprendo finiva contro i sanitari, l'ingresso direttamente dal portico antistante riduce il confort, dato che per non farsi guardare dentro bisogna sempre tenere chiusa la tenda sull'unica finestra della stanza. Forse l'architetto che ha realizzato il progetto poteva impegnarsi un po' meglio nella distribuzione degli spazi e trovare una soluzione che consentisse una maggiore privacy della camera.

Es muy nuevo, habitaciones cómodas así como bastante espacio para las tumbonas. Parking dentro del recinto. El desayuno correcto.

Que hicieran el cambio de la ropa de cama diario, me parece que es un derroche para el medio ambiente. Creo que deberían dejar un letrero para que cada huésped decidiera que hacer.

Perfect stay in a randomly chosen hotel

This is the first time in my life, when I can say, that I loved everything about the hotel. Everything! Can you imagine? It's not expensive, nor luxury, nothing like that. But it's beautifully designed, cosy, great breakfast with freshly baked croissants. The people who work there are nice. The pool is perfect.

For the dinner there are a lot of nice restaurants outside the hotel. The one on site is so-so.

Fantasic.

Á real gem, fantastic hotel, súper pool área and staff genuinely helpful and friendly. Ideally located for exploring coastline. 15 min walk into town,, rooms large comfortable even have a proper fridge. All on one level in small blocks which meant very peaceful.

The hotel has very clean and modern finishes throughout. It has all the facilities you could want and more. The pool area is attractive with palm trees, plenty of sun beds and a pool bar. The photos on the website do not do the hotel justice. Personally, a highlight is the friendly and attentive staff. They couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. We attending a small wedding at the hotel and it was the perfect setting. Again, the staff could not have done any more to ensure it was a very memorable occasion.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the pool area was spacious and nice. Having a private parking was also perfect for us.

Given the location, the room rates could be more competitive.

Nice friendly staff,very quiet location, breakfast was good .

It was a trip for spa in winter , but no hot pool over there , only sauna over there. The hotel is quiet far from airport and need pay almost £80 to Faro airport .

Amazing

Sparkling clean, other facilities are also available for guest (gym & sauna). Even though we didn't have a chance to try the pool due to cold weather, it was still nice and clean.

The room size is a bit small for longer stay.

Beautiful place in a wonderful location

Rooms were excellent - spotless and everything you’d need was there everyone was so helpful and pleasant especially the lady on the pool bar she was an utter delight

Air con was noisy - guy in reception told us restaurant was open and it wasn’t open either evening weirdly but we found a gem of a restaurant across the street so blessing in disguise really. I felt breakfast lacked a little - no fresh tomatoes and no proper coffee for such a beautiful hotel a few more small details at breakfast could make it exceptional

We loved our stay.

The hotel was new and the rooms and suites each with its own private patio were beautifully laid on the property. The pool was very clean and breakfast was amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful - after checking in we had trouble getting an Uber ride and the reception desk manager kept calling the taxi service every 10 minutes ensuring we didn't miss our train. Our room was superbly clean, and the mattress and pillows were one of the most comfortable ones I ever encountered in hotels.

The music at the pool did not seem to match the bucolic setting, nor the clientele. The place is located up in the hills and far away from downtown noise. And given the pricey room tags, the clientele was mostly in their 40's + - families with kids or mid-career professionals. However the "pool music list" was some sort of heavy techno, disturbing and unpleasant and more appropriate for a nightclub than noon relaxation -- very much in contrast with the relaxing resort idea or the sound of roosters from nearby properties. The last two days they switched from the curated DJ list to radio and summer vibes and that was much more appropriate.

The view is beautiful and area is relatively quiet and off the beaten path if you’re looking for somewhere that isn’t very touristy

- The reception staff were not very attentive. It was almost impossible to get hold of them on the bedroom phone and we had to take ourselves up to the reception each time to get any help, even still, there were times were the reception area was entirely empty - The rooms are not cleaned often. our room wasn’t cleaned for the first 3 nights and when we brought this up to reception, they accused us of not ‘switching over the cleaning sign’ however this was done each day, it seems if you’re not out of your room by 10am your room won’t be cleaned unless you go to reception yourself to highlight you want your room cleaned. - the terrace bar that is promoted isn’t even open yet. a beautiful view gone to waste. - this trip was booked for my partners birthday, upon booking I’d let the hotel know who said that they’d put a bottle and card in the room for the occasion. we were out of the room all day and upon coming back, there was nothing left. very disappointing - there is no iron in the whole hotel. when we asked the receptionist said we could only use their laundry service and she could not even provide a pricing list, telling me to ‘look in the room for the prices’. I had to borrow from a friend at another hotel - overall an underwhelming stay at a hotel that has a lot of potential. It felt understaffed and particularly felt very demeaning having to constantly ask for our room to be cleaned and never being able to get through to reception through the phone line.

Excellent in all ways and some great Portuguese wines🍷

The Staff was amazing they couldn’t do enough for you Hotel was spotless in every area 5star plus!! The gym has first class equipment as well.. will return.

Nothing wrong with the property, beware of the walk back from Ferraguda it’s all uphill, great for your fitness though.
