Great location from Haneda with lots of kombini, restaurants, grocery stores close by. Easy walk to Akihabara as well! The rooms were spacious (for us from NYC), clean, well airconditioned & loved the kitchenette & laundry abilities.
The "common" area was a bit tighter than we had expected. It was a bit of a challenge to sit as a family to snack or discuss the days plans. Also the elevator was broken on our departure so walking our luggage down a little straining but not that big of a deal.

Very attentive staff helped out with our door lock battery issue promptly. Location is great - just 10 mins walk to Akihabara JR station and another closer JR station is 3 mins away. Two combinis, Lawson and Family Mart are just 1 min away. We were able to keep our bags on site after check out too. Very nice and cool, air conditioned lobby. They have umbrellas to lend you too!

The place was functional. It was clean, and easy to use the code to get in. It was functional for sleeping and sightseeing. Train station was at walking distance.
Although it did not bother me, at night it can get loud from the train station. While they advertise earplugs in 4 days, we did not meet anyone at the reception.

Location was good, check in and out smooth. Shops, restaurants and public transport nearby
Property can use some tlc. Property was not cleaned well enough (trash found under the bed)
