The location was great; near the metro station and with many nice café shops and restaurants around. The apartment was spacious and everything you need in kitchen also. Check in and check out was very easy and practical.

everything was good

It was very clean, easy to access and very nice location. Also, there was hot water anytime we wanted and the staff was really helpful about the check in times and how to find and get into the room.

The apartment is conveniently located near Porta Romana metro station, making it easy to get around Milan. It also has good sound insulation against outside noise and a balcony, which are definite advantages
The biggest disappointment was the misleading listing. The apartment is advertised as 65 m², but the actual living space appeared to be only around 20 m². The listing also includes photos of a kitchen, leading us to believe one was available. In reality, there was no kitchen.
Another serious issue was the heating. We were travelling with our one-year-old child, and the apartment was cold at night. Although central heating was installed, we could not turn it on. The host explained that it was controlled by the building management and suggested using the air conditioner for heating. However, we could not get that to work either. No practical solution was provided, and not even an extra blanket was offered.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and worn out. There was a coffee machine but not a single coffee capsule, while the bathroom contained only a bar of soap.
Despite the good location, sound insulation and balcony, these shortcomings made our stay disappointing.
