O atendimento de todas as pessoas, a cordialidade foram incríveis. Além disso, o quarto era enorme, super aconchegante, bem maior do que esperado.
Apenas uma pequena sugestão (não entraria como não gostei):
a) O quarto deveria ter seu aquecimento ligado pelo menos 3 a 4 horas do check-in. Como chegamos muito próximo ao horário do check-in, ficamos pelo menos 2 horas esperando o quarto aquecer.
