Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage ist ein großer Vorteil, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Besonders praktisch ist die gute Anbindung an das Skigebiet – die Bushaltestelle ist nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt und man kommt bequem mit dem Bus dorthin. Auch das Restaurant hat ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig.
An manchen Tagen kamen viele externe Gäste von außerhalb zum Frühstück vor 10:30 da das Restaurant auch für Nicht-Hotelgäste geöffnet ist. Dadurch war es teilweise etwas voller und unruhiger.

Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Erzurum, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bushaltestelle zum Skigebiet ist ca. 150m entfernt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, sie wurden täglich gereinigt, das Frühstücksangebot war extrem reichhaltig. Ein Lob auch an das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Mein Lob gilt insbesondere Frau Hazal und Herrn Hakan, die mir mit Ratschlägen sehr geholfen haben.

The hotel’s location, the hotel staff — absolutely everyone.
The rooms were extremely hot — so much so that my throat became dry and it was hard to breathe. Also, after showering, water would accumulate in the bathroom. Unfortunately, almost none of the breakfast items had any taste :(
