It was a beautiful building and it had a great location near Queretaro’s downtown. Breakfast is good.
The toilet was not that clean; and the room we stayed had access to the street, so, there was noise fron the cars passing by.

The breakfast has to be one of my favourite in all the hotels I’ve stayed throughout Mexico so far, I booked to stay here a second time because of the wonderful breakfast, excellent service staff, comfortable room and location (in that order).

Pool and spa. Breakfast was good, well presented by a pleasant, competent woman.
Poor room amenities. No refrigerator, safe, iron or ironing board, tissues, window to the outside world. No share over pool nor poolside seating.
The staff were pleasant but not apparently empowered.
