Agua do banho é boa.
O Hotel tem uma localização longe de petrolina, e num local com barulho na parte externa, sendo que os quartos não têm nenhum sistema para minimizar o som externo. Internamente, também, se houve os passos de apartamentos vizinhos em horários tarde da noite.
O atendimento para o check extremamente demorado, que, segundo a atendente, é por causa do sistema.
