La ubicación y tranquilidad del lugar.

Being able to hear the waves from my bed at night. Being right on the beach Outside kitchen. Plenty of outdoor shaded lounging space. The pool. Solitude. Pet friendly.
A bit far away from center and dusty bumpy ride. But this was a very minor point

La alberca .. la sala de estar y las mejores puestas de sol . La casa está. De muy buen tamaño .... La casa cuenta con lo necesario y lo básico de cocina. La zona tranquila ..pero no recomendamoa salir de noche está muy bscuro y vacío
Muy retirado de troncones ....
Habia muchos mosquitos.en las habitaciones .. la limpieza a las 6 de la mañana me despertaba ....

The property is on a beautiful section of beach and has a nice pool and patio area. Great area to swim and boogie board in the ocean straight out from the house and lots of beach to walk. Housekeeper was sweet and kept the main areas very clean. Communication with host via Booking was good and check in timely.
Good and bad of being quite secluded, about 2 mile (10-15 min) drive from Troncones and a 20 minute walk down the beach to Majahua for going to dinner. On the weekend people were close in the properties on either side but then beautifully quiet for the week. The quality of mattress was poor, even for Mexico standards and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint with more precision (not on ceiling, trim etc.). One bedroom does not have a/c. The grout color in the bathrooms made them look less clean than they were. It would have been nice to have the bathrooms cleaned and bedrooms swept at least once during the week long stay without being an extra charge since there is already a daily cleaning fee. Dining chairs that are not plastic would make the table nicer to hang out at but are typical. Overall it was a good stay but not our best in the area.
