La cercanía con el centro comercial Arrecife, queda a unos metros de la carrera 4ta, tiene un ARA cerca.
Que las habitaciones no cuenten con un TV al menos de 26" o 32", habemos personas a las que nos gusta ver TV antes de dormir. El tema del baño en el cuarto le hace falta accesorios para colgar la ropa u otras cosas.
