Room with balcony/patio is not really a balcony/patio as it is too small to sit comfortably

The atmosphere was fantastic. Great pool, restaurant vibe and patio. Lovely and friendly staff. Truly welcoming on the eyes apart from the private bathroom.
The restaurant food and cocktails were over priced for what we got. The food was sub-par. The cocktails were sub-par (daiquiri was made of some cheap syrup but cost R100. Pizza was R185 but the base wasn't fresh and was closer to a wrap than anything. Burger meat tasted old and chips were hard and undercooked: R165). The pizza on the second night was good though. I don't know if it was a chef thing but not worth R185.
Felt as if the establishment was aware that guests would primarily rely on their food/restaurant and therefore pushed up the price to the unconscionable.
The ad specified daily room cleaning but our room was not cleaned for the entirety of our stay (2 nights).
All in all, our experience would have been significantly better had the food been better with proper day to day cleaning.
