Nothing we didn't like 😄
Small changes i.e hooks for towels by hot tub, shower by hot tub would save the carpet and slipping on wet floor when having to come from top floor.

Great location, lovely home, hot tub fab, everything we needed as 3 generations staying together.
Very understanding when we had a slight accident in the kitchen, didn't charge, also sent an item back which was left behind, great communication.

The best Location. Open plan living area. Hot tub. Jas in Customer services was excellent helping us out with a number Of issues.
Worn & stained bedding & grey towels. A better standard of house keeping would elevate this to luxury.
