Clean and comfortable with a fantastic location, close to lots of great restaurants and with easy bus access to Nice, St Jean Cap Ferrat and Èze. There was also a bottle of rosé waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We especially loved Les Garçons for dinner and Chez les Gourmands for galettes, just across the road. I accidentally left my Kindle behind after checking out, and the host was very kind and helpful in allowing me to come back and retrieve it, which I really appreciated.
A few things to be aware of if travelling with heavy luggage: it’s around a 12-minute walk from the train station with some very steep hills, and there are three flights of steep stairs to reach the accommodation. The shower head is also handheld only, which made washing and shampooing hair a little difficult. The terrace featured is a lovely view but doesn’t belong to the apartment. The balcony itself fits two people - we only used it for hanging our washing.

Fantastic location - right at the edge of the old town. Easy to get around by walking, bus, train or uber. Apartment was basic but has all the necessities, quiet and clean. We would definitely stay again!

Location was great and would be okay for a short stay.
Probably a bit on the small side for 4/5 adults (especially girls) for 5 nights and so many stairs to climb to the top floor. No bedside tables in the second bedroom and no plug socket on one side of the bed. Only one pillow each and they were hard. Not enough towels to cover 5 days and too small. Lack of storage for clothes and toiletries in the bedrooms (no drawers, dressing tables to apply make-up or a long mirror), so the apartment was very untidy during our stay with belongings everywhere. The shower was terrible, had to mop the floor after every shower as the tray has no lip on it and just a shower curtain, so the water flooded out every time - also no fixture to hang the shower head, so had to keep turning off and on whilst washing hair, etc - a decent shower after the beach is a necessity on holiday. Only a table top ironing board provided which kept collapsing and it was impossible to iron long dresses/trousers.
