Great location next to the airport.
Clean room and bathroom! I'm picky so when I say it was clean, then it must be good.Great price/quality!! Next to the beach and market for great local food.
I only spent half day before departure.

Lovely 4-star hotel situated nearby Nai Yang Beach. Really nice room, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Room quite quiet. Friendly staff including receptionists and cleaning ladies. Towells changed daily. Bed clothing can be changed if required. Variety in breakfast.
No dresser for storing clothes. There should be at least one wardrobe in room. You have to leave your clothes wherever possible. The other thing I did not like was that is a little far from the beach shops and restaurants. You have to walk a little on a very lonely road until getting to the good beach and beach restaurants. The part of the beach nearest to hotel is wild and dirty.

The location is close to the airport. Stayed for the first after arriving to Phuket from a long haul flight. Also, walking distance from beach. Breakfast could have had more continental choices.
The staff were very helpful and nice.
The air conditioning did not work at all. The room could have been a lot cleaner.
