It was a bit hot at night without the airconditioning. The beds were a bit small.

I thought the location was nice. It's a nice street near a lot of charming boutiques, some nice restaurants and the beach.
I thought the beds were not very comfortable and the decor was old and desuet. The bathroom with a huge urinal taking up space was inconvenient and frankly unsafe as the tub was very slippery for my 80 year old father, with no grab bars or other devices to prevent a fall. The kitchen was fine, though appliances were dated and cookwear was also unsafe - scratched non-stick pans release forever chemicals into food. The outside space was nice but not maintained, ants were everywhere and its was full of debris. The hotel needs more care and maintenance.
