The ladies and Oscar were fabulous hosts and saw to all my needs. The breakfast and dinners were terrific. The units were clean and very serviceable. The common area pavilion was a superb office space for me with an amazing view.
I wish the sink had warm water. The hot tub wasn't usable for me because of bugs and dirt, but I wouldn't normally use it anyway. I wish it was better lit at night because it was a bit shaky getting to and from the unit. The billing process at checkout could be better. I was charged for just about everything in my room (food, etc) when I only consumed a few items.

El lugar es muy hermoso, se puede ver la naturaleza, hay privacidad en el sentido de que nadie te ve en tu hospedaje. Nos gustó mucho la comida que ofrecen, es muy deliciosa, y la atención dle personal es muy buena.
La decoración y cena romántica fue muy linda.
No me gustó mucho que al lado había otro glamping, y no había mucha reducción de ruido, por lo que se podía escuchar todo lo que hacían (hablar, comer, escuchar música, etc.)

The landscape is wonderful, the glamping is nice, clean and super comfortable.
The staff is really friendly and make you feel like in a 5 starts hotel.
The food is ok but nothing special.

El lugar en general agradable
Al personal le falta capacitación en cordialidad y atención, desde la pre y proceso de contratación hasta la estancia y estadía , al menaje de la cocina le falta calidad en relación al precio calidad, cobran por las mascotas y ninguna atención con ellos hay, ni un poco de agua filtrada les ofrecen
