The facilities , staff , swimming pools, animals, all surrounded by mountains . Calm and relaxing vibe. Mario was great at making sure we were looked after. Alan was also very attentive and helpful during breakfast. All staff were very friendly and nice .
Just one thing was that the internet would only work in the room if the TV was turned on and this was a small issue when travelling with children and family

Muy lindo lugar , la infraestructura súper buena. La piscina climatizada fue lo mejor , pudimos aprovechar mucho.
Demoro mucho el check in incluso fue mucho más tarde de lo anunciado.

A acomodação possui móveis modernos e conservados. A limpeza é um ponto importante e estava tudo sempre limpo, especialmente a troca de lixo , toalhas e limpeza no chão .
O chuveiro oscilava do quente à frio . Certamente , o chuveiro é aquecido por placas solares e não estava esquentando muito já que o tempo estava entre 17 graus a 24 durante o dia .

Hotel lindo, natureza, atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários
Wifi nao pegava no quarto, isso me atrapalhoi bastante pois fui a trabalho. Infelizmente passei mal nas 2 vezes que almocei no restaurante. Como nao comi mais nada fora do hotel, realmente acredito que foi alguma contaminação na cozinha.
