Location is great. Near train station. Plenty of restaurants.
The water pressure in the shower is quite low, and there are not enough bath mats in the bathroom.

The most best property i ever deal with.
The room very cosy and warm to stay.

The location was convenient and easily accessible to Sepang, which made travelling to the area much easier.
I am very disappointed with the room condition this time.
The air conditioner is not working properly at all. Even after setting the temperature to 16°C, the room is still not cold. The other air conditioner is also faulty.
I requested a room change, but I was told that the property was fully booked. When I asked for another solution, I was simply told to switch on the fan as well.
Honestly, using a fan does not solve the problem. The air from a fan is completely different from the cooling provided by an air conditioner. With the fan switched on, the room still feels uncomfortable and not cool at all. It feels like staying in a basic village homestay rather than the accommodation I paid for.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience.
Including today’s stay, I have booked with Moka three times already. However, this time I ended up getting such a poor-quality room with faulty air conditioning.
I hope Moka takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper solution. Customers should not have to pay for a room where the basic facilities, especially the air conditioning, are not functioning properly.
