This property stands out for three things. First, its location really is central. It is walking distance to all the attractions of Chisinau and very close to a bus stop served by the 30 trolley to/from the airport. Second, it is spotlessly clean. Third, it is very well equipped. If cooking is your thing, you will find all that you need in the kitchen. There is an excellent washing machine, iron, clothes rack etc.

Πάρα πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ, στάσεις λεωφορείων, την κεντρική αγορά, εστιατόρια, καφε. Ολόκληρο διαμέρισμα και παρά πολύ άνετο. Πεντακάθαρο. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας τιμής!
Είναι λίγο περίεργο το κτίριο και χωρίς ασανσέρ αλλά δεν είναι κάτι σημαντικό.
Στρώμα κρεβατιού και μαξιλάρια χρειάζονται αλλαγή.
Η μπανιέρα είναι λίγο επικίνδυνη ίσως για μεγαλύτερους ανθρώπους καθώς είναι υπερβολικά ψηλή.

Apartament curat, dotat cu tot ce este necesar în centrul Chișinăului. D-na Aurelia este o gazdă deosebită (venim a doua oară în acest apartament). Vom reveni cu plăcere!

Ultracentral Armeneasca property is spacious, extra clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living and the bedroom were spacious, extra cool from the air conditioner (very nice temperature for summer) and quiet (perfect for resting after long work days). We had more than we needed for two persons and we are looking forward to book this place with the family next time.
Our comfort was highly regarded here by the owner, who was present whenever we needed help, very friendly, warm, punctual and a 10+ star host.
Situated in the central area of the city, it is perfect for visiting the main tourist attractions.. Chisinau is a lovely place and this property has offered us the best location to explore it.
