Place to stay at a good rate

We always stay here when gambling. Staff is always friendly and rooms are clean!

Einfaches, aber sehr gepflegtes Motel. Sehr nettes Personal!

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, viele großzügig angelegte Parkplätze,. Obst zum Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

Housekeeping kam gar nicht. Die Überschrift Charles Town/Harpers Ferry vermittelt einen den Eindruck man wäre in Harpers Ferry, dem ist aber nicht so.

You get what you pay for, not much

Location to Charles Town casino. Front desk lady was nice.

The room had the worst uncomfortable beds ever. The floor was filthy, dirty. There seem to be people living in these hotel rooms. And really didn’t appreciate seeing the police in the parking lot. Questioning someone.

A great value right at the entrance to the Hollywood Casino.

It is right across the street from the Hollywood Casino! Room was clean & it was perfect for an overnight stay to attend a concert at the Hollywood Casino. The shuttle driver was the absolute best!! I absolutely hate casinos and he gave us directions directly to the restaurant and the concert hall, so we didn't have to wander around looking.

It was a bit loud since we were on the ground floor with parking right outside the door.

Clean and comfy, staff was wonderful. Bed and bathroom were great. Breakfast was ok.

Not very soundproof, air conditioner was very noisy and upstairs guests were loud.

Disappointed

The staff could not be nicer and showed genuine concern that we had a pleasant stay.

Opened door and smoking smell hit us in the face. I requested a different room but was told the property was sold out. Suggested we be offered a discount but was told she could not do that. Someone had taken desk chair out of the room. Had no place to sit except on bed. Had to take a chair from the lobby to our room. No ice bucket. Had to ask for one at front desk.

we will be coming back again. We are actually planning our next trip coming up in the next week and a half two weeks so

they were incredible attentive, and the place just in general was perfect. I couldn’t be happier.

The breakfast was ok. Typical of all " free breakfasts"

It would have been better if the WIFI worked properly and if the computer worked in the lobby Also it would have been an advantage if the receptionist could have helped. She knew NOTHING about the password that did not seem to work

bad experience.

was surrounded of restaurant’s fast food and casinos.

was dirty inside and outside, there are cockroaches. plus the neighbors didn’t let us sleep, they were screaming and yelling even at 3 in the morning.

Nothing was only here for 1.5 hours.

I had a personal friend get into a life threatening car accident, and I spoke with the check-in staff and asked politely for a refund or even partial since I was only there for under 2 hours. I was told she would reach out to me once she spoke with her boss and they never did, full charge. For less than 2 hours of time at the hotel.
