Location near main Bus station
A lot of noise of vehicles as it is adjacent to main road. If u want a peaceful stay then it's not for you.

Very good hotel for switch-nights, when you need a short stay. 13 min walk from/to Otogar. Descent breakfast, cozy bar, very nice and friendly staff.
The hotel is a bit tired, must have been because of the location (large amount of people for short-stays). Quite older than on photos, poor noise isolation. But for me personally was ok.

Room is clean, comfortable. For a 1-2 day stay, its fine. But for a longer stay, i would like more comfort. But i am grateful to the staff who went to meet me and extended my room for anoter day(when my flight was canceled).
Room need some upgrade. Refresh painting on the wall. This is of course not critical, but visualli not very nice. Fixed some furniture. Small cofe table lags was making the noice, i fixed it by myself. In bathroom need additional accsesories. Hock for towel wery far from shower cabine. There is also mold inside the perimeter of the shower cabine.

The front desk staff talk about you in front of you in the language thinking that bayou do not understand is very rude and unprofessional
