Walking distance lang sya sa clock tower and the bridge of peace. Also near sa carrefour and Pasanauri restaurant. Malaki yung bedroom and may bidet yung toilet.
None. Baka maging issue lang sa iba yung walang elevator kapag malaki yung luggage na dala. Other than that, all good.

The receptionist was super nice and helped me with my bag. The location was really convenient, safe, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes.
I think it could be a bit cleaner (found a fake lash on the bed I believe from previous tenant)

Near to the centre
İt does not have an elevator (we had 10 kg baggage per person but for the ones with 20+ kg it will take a hard time climbing 3 floors)and for the ones that planning to stay more than 3 days , consider that they dont clean the room daily, nor change towels, empty trash bins or bring new toilet paper. It all stays the same till the check out. It is basically airbnb with the name of hotel

The room and bathroom was very clean, the furniture colourful like in the pictures, yet already big scratches on the walls and furniture. Toilet paper was in the closet, not in the bathroom
Due to amazing reviews I somehow expected a small nice hotel. Fact is: There is no sign indicating the existence of a hotel inside the house. In an email it is said, to go up to third floor (in an very shabby looking staircase without elevator), again no sign of the hotel at the entrance, I rang at the door and someone opened, telling me I was at the right address. The room itself the again was on second floor, walking down the stairs inside "the hotel/appartment". When we wanted to get out: up the stairs inside, out of the door, down 2 floors through the shabby staircase. The staff was pretty ignorant. Whenever I entered, didn't even bother to look up or even say hello. All in all a rather strange experience and I am happy I didn't book this "hotel" for my entire stay in Tbilisi.
