Never use this agency.

Good location and spacious with Aircon.

Access terrible. Pool and garden shut with major works despite enquiring earlier. Staff denied pool was shut, see picture with large crane and workmen! Have to pick up keys from central Seville, not easy with young children. Only one key provided. Did not provide the facilities required. Unhelpful until complained via booking dot com, and then got cross. One key insufficient with children and multiple adults in apartment. No cot sheet on arrival.

Good location, nice place, but very poor initial communication with the 'hosts'

Good location, nice apartment.

It started badly because we were about 1 hour later than our estimated arrival time (due to delays at airport and being slow to travel with a baby) and they weren't very understanding of our situation. Despite us apologising, they were quite angry because someone had been waiting for us (even though they didn't tell us this in advance, so we didn't realise someone was waiting for us) and then this person left before we arrived, so we couldn't get into the apartment. They were very rude on the phone and told us it was our fault, and that we would need to walk 40 minutes to get the keys (with our bags and with a baby!). Eventually they agreed to send someone but couldn't tell us what time they would be here, so we just waited in the hope they would turn up. Eventually someone turned up, this person was nice but they forgot to tell us how to switch the electricity on in the apartment so then we had to call the main number about this. Again they were very rude on the phone and treated it as though it was our fault. The other disappointment was that it was advertised as having a pool, but it didn't make it clear it was seasonal (like other places do) so it wasn't open. I understand this is common for pools to close out of season but I think they should make this clearer when booking

Sevilha isla mágica.

Gostei da localização pois íamos 2 dias para a isla magica. Condomínio ótimo, piscina maravilhosa. Funcionários do condomínio muito simpáticos. Cozinha bem equipada. Bom sinal WiFi. Sala confortável. Roupa de cama e banho boas. Wcbem equipado com gel de banho e água micelar.

A casa esteve um forno durante a estadia toda, dificultou o fescanso, liguei o ar condicionado mas não fez nada, pedi ajuda na aplicação mas ninguém respondeu. Colchão da cama individual junto à janela muito mau, sente-se as molas. Horários e regras de crianças usarem a piscina pouco simpáticos.

30 gradi senza climatizzatore

La piscina

Purtroppo da subito abbiamo segnalato che non funziona l'aria condizionata al primo pomeriggio. Non è venuto nessuno. Abbiamo passato una notte terribile con 30 gradi e due figli..... ...... Dovendo fare una seconda notte abbiamo chiesto due ventilatori. Ma non ci sono stati dati. Alla sera è venuto il tecnico e ha dichiarato che il climatizzatore è rotto... Nessun riscontro di nuovo da parte del numero di telefono che mettono nell' annuncio. Non ci ha mai risposto NESSUNO. Quel numero andrebbe cambiato con uno di qualcuno che risponde. Noi vogliamo un risarcimento per le due notti terribili trascorse e scriverò anche a booking. Nonostante l'alloggio e la piscina sia carina, non è possibile passare i giorni di vacanza con 30 gradi senza aria condizionata. Mi dispiace

Las almohadas son de la peor calidad y 0 cómodas y que tuve que reclamar las llaves para entrar en la piscina.

El apartamento estaba bastante sucio. Tuvimos problemas con la llave de la piscina y no la pudimos conseguir hasta el día antes de irnos.
