Clean and modern with very helpful staff.
The drop off point and parking space is cramped together right in front of the main entrance which is at traffic corner.

Price - quality doesn’t match. Breakfast room is small, creating lines. Food variety and quality of buffet very limited in western choices. Which for us, was a reason to book Marriott’s

- overall lighting in the room, lift area, corridor are dark
- cigarettes smells on the towel, bed linen, corridor and room despite we ordered a non smoking room. Perhaps there are other customers smoking in their room with the central air conditioning on.
- bad smells on the pillows and we have to ask for a changes
- room size is rather small and not a great view lookout from the room
- we have stayed in Harbin for 4 nights and have tried other hotel which we found have better value and condition than Fairfield Marriott Harbin
