The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Breakfast was spectacular, facilities very clean and well maintained. Roms very silent, perfect to sleep.

Pour un Francais, ai trouvé que le petit dèjeuner manquait de viennoiseries, plus de patisserie. Sinon, j'ai changé du Shangri là Harbin au Sofitel pour voir si mieux et Sofitel mieux que Harbin Shangri la!..
La Chambre et équipement parfait!.. Au shangri la, meme pas un bureau correct, UNe tablette installée au dessus du Sofa, inconfortable pour travailler!..

It was really exceptional, great room, bed, very helpful stuff and also, good restaurant with delicious and, actually, pretty cheap buffet. We were pleasantly surprised, and will return, for sure.
