Very clean comfortable room. Great location. Friendly staff.
Cafe/ bar area was a little lacking. There was a type of bar, but there was virtually nothing on sale there, which was odd. But central location meant that it was easy to walk out the door of the hotel and find plenty of food and drink options within a few minutes stroll.

A clean, modern Hotel within 100m of the Sophia Church. Staff were helpful and eager to assist; and were very forgiving of my attitude involving a mix-up with our passports (my mistake entirely). If you like walking, the Hotel is within walking distance of many main attractions, including Stalin Park and Sun Island (walk across the frozen river).
Easy reach of shops, restaurants, Metro and anything else you may need.
Lack of an Outside Window - apparently the type of room I booked does not have external windows (would have been nice to know at the time of booking).
The Lifts are insufficient for the size of the Hotel (3 x Hotels combined); the stairs were often the best option.

Warm room as very cold outside. Good to be able to open a window when piling on the layers for going out!!
Not enough bread available for breakfast. Eggs not hot.

La ubicación. En pleno centro.
El servicio de habitaciones. Nefasta la limpieza diaria. La cama se limitaban a "cubrirla" sin estirar sábanas. Los vasos que usábamos se quedaban tal como lo dejábamos y ni barrían. Prácticamente se limitaban a cambiar las toallas.
