Staff were friendly
The place is run down and had better days, either white towels were grey, the interior needed a refresh and not sure when the bedsheets are cleaned. Even the credit card machine did not work, so had to pay by other means. So needs a little more investment in maintenance. Although the location and price point being budget friendly reflects that.

Located in a bit neglected building the room was big simple but clean.
The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful they even personally took me on a motorbike to get my medication. Thank you again!

The location was okay, in a very busy area, but only about 2km from the old town sights and the beautiful lake palace (recommended to visit) Great little restaurant, MADRAS, just around the corner, good food and very cheap.
Our room was spacious, large comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels. Everything worked. The young staff were charming and helpful. Good place for experienced, independent travellers who can overlook the shortcomings of Indian accommodation!
This place was formally an OYO hotel, a chain we usually avoid. However, it was fine for a couple of nights. The building it was in was pretty grotty, the bathroom was a bit grimy in the corners, but nothing too awful. A bit overpriced though.
