Good clean and tidy place to stay - in the middle of town

Apartment was great - very clean, comfortable and tidy. Everything was there that was needed. A little chilly on arrival but the heaters were on and it warmed up quickly - it was minus degrees outside.

Parking is not possible at the apartment but I found space at the church opposite - last one, but it was expensive compared with other cities.

Clean and cozy

The bathroom facilities such as the shower is not good, the shower water will easily sprinkle out and get whole tiolet wet. Also the bed is too soft and duvet is too thick, hot at night

Excellent stay

The property was ideally situated close to all amenities.

My brother in law is a little old and out of shape and found getting in and out of bath a problem maybe hand rail would have helped.

Nicely renovated and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen, cupboard space, satellite TV,

A little noisy from the road and could hear the footsteps of other residents in the building. Light blinds in the rooms allowing in early morning sunlight.

Good location for a gorgeous Wetherspoons

The apartment is lovely and very nicely decorated and furnished

The outside of the apartment is a bit grim, but once inside it is gorgeous. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very uncomfortable and really small which was a shame.

Superb

Loved the decor and the way the rooms were set up. Everything we needed was there. The breakfast goodies were great, as were the toiletries. Good location for what we wanted. We enjoyed playing the games in the evening. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My daughter's only negative thought was the noise from the road. It was a very hot night so we had to have the windows open. Not a major issue though.

Fantastic location, they accommodated earlier arrival and my allergies. The complimentary water, ice and breakfast things - coffee, tea, jam, gluten croissants, oats and little cereals etc was a lovely touch. there were games and puzzles and a first aid kit and Plenty to watch for stations on TV.

The property was missing some basic features like kitchen roll, face clothes, hair dryer, plugs/outlets to charge mobile phones. The duvet cover in the main bedroom was stained (possibly burned from ironing) the mattress topper in the main bedroom was lumpy and too soft so for me it was not comfy. the staircase is a little steep, if you have arthritis or a disability and suitcases then you will find it difficult.

A beautifully decorated and well equipped flat in a good location in Tunbridge Wells. Our hosts left a good selection of teas, coffee and biscuits plus olive oil and salt and pepper. The main bedroom is very comfortable for two, while the second bedroom is a bit cramped for two but fine for one. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is large and comfortable with some lovely touches. Decoration is done in taste and one feels one has arrived at a model home!

As it faces onto an A road, be it Church Rad in the town centre, it is noisy during the day, less so at night. Ear plugs solved that.

Location was AMAZING, close to pantiles and all the restaurants and shops. The decor was stunning and we loved the extra surprise of a breakfast hamper. We were also grateful for the flex of the hosts to let us store our luggage whilst we shopped before check in.

Whilst a great location, it's on a busy road. Double glazing in the lounge might make a big difference. I'd maybe also change the advert to remove reference to a sofabed as it is a normal sofa and a bit too noisy to sleep in the lounge, even with earplugs and a over the head! The other double bedrooms are beautiful and quiet.

Everything! The decor was beautiful,and very comfy sofa , location was good for shops, restaurants , cafes etc and close to the station. The flat was spotlessly clean and spacious , shower was really good, beds really comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed if you was cooking . Lovely touch with the breakfast tray and plenty of tea and coffee. Absolutely perfect for us , 2 friends needing a break from the everyday madness of life , to sit ,relax ,chat and watch films and literally a 5 minute walk to the high street .

There wasn't anything we didn't like , it is on a busy road but you do get used to the traffic very quickly and it certainly didn't affect our stay .

the apartment worked well for our family stay - well located and well appointed.

Central location, well equipped for a family, spotlessly clean with a large lounge/kitchen dining area.

At night the street noise was very disruptive - loud cars, trains and once they quietened down, the rowdy people coming out of the nightclub. No air conditioning and no double glazing = hot and noisy nights. Would recommend ear plugs. and for a stay of five nights, it would have been good to have had an extra towel per person.

William was very prompt to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was fabulous.

Self contained apartment with everything you'd need, tastefully decorated throughout, lovely shower. Complimentary toiletries and breakfast items were much appreciated. Easy walking distance to local commons and into town centre, restaurants and pubs. Scotney Castle well worth a visit; 20 mins away by car.

Parking details on the Tunbridge Wells Council website - they don't properly advise you on how to pay for more than 24 hours parking without having to re-register your car at their pay points. Use their app or you will get a PCN fine!

Amazing!

Really loved our stay at the apartments. Beds were very comfy and the decor was cool and stylish. Very clean and exceeded expectation.

We searched high and low for basic cutlery but couldn't find any. This didn't matter to us because we ate out most nights but might be beneficial for other lodgers. Other than this the property was faultless.

Classy, comfortable apartment

Great location, very modern and well equipped apartment. Although right on a busy road this apartment was very quiet with no street noise. Fluffy white towels, quality linen and comfortable furniture. Extras like a dishwasher, washing machine (including washing detergent!), bathroom products and a smorgasbord of breakfast goodies made our stay even more enjoyable. Our check in was super easy - the only issue was the inability to park anywhere close by to unload our bags. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Fabulous

The apartment is as fabulous as it looks in the photos, the beds were comfortable and there are very good kitchen facilities. We loved the breakfast bits left out. A short stroll takes you to the theatres, the high street. and the Pantiles. The host answered a query immediately.

We liked everything. There is traffic sounds in the morning but as it's on a street this is to be expected.

stunning apartment in an excellent location

The Regal Apartment is very comfortable with a unique style and lovely finish. Martin was also a very kind host.

Like other reviews have mentioned - it would be really worth investing in a proper kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. With the difficulties of traveling these days no one wants the hassle of trying to work out how to make a drink when you arrive somewhere.

Fantastic location, lovely host, nice modern flat.

Very clean and excellent location very central. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The host was fab. Close to all shops and station. The tv was great with lots of apps and Netflix. Glad I didn’t stay in a hotel as this is way above what a hotel can offer. 5 star, Will stay again!!!
