Room was quite basic, but had everything we needed. Supermarket and restaurants were nice and close by.
Beds were not particularly comfortable; you have to make your own bed on arrival. Bathroom constantly had a bit of a foul odour. You also have to clean the room before you leave and strip the beds - happy to clean up after myself, but when you look at what you pay for the room, it feels a bit of a cheek to get guests to vacuum their room.

The staff were outstanding, professional and went above and beyond. My group never spoke to a member of staff that wasn’t extremely helpful.
The staff were certainly the best part of my stay.
Access in and out of the boot room was a little difficult. We were in boot room 3. The area directly outside of the boot room door was difficult to get up.
It was extremely difficult to get an elevator at times due to one being out of service. Climbing up 7 flights of stairs is ok on occasions but not as regular as we had to do.

The location was quite convenient, close to shops and the lift, etc.
The bedrooms are pretty small. Wish it has spa or sauna facility in the building.
