It's in a brilliant but busy location next to the hofburg complex,the old town/golden roof, with the river, shopping, eating and historic sites within easy walking distance. I was travelling solo but in addition to the bedroom, there was a second room with TV and foldaway bed so the apartment could accommodate a family of 3-4 and so it's even better value for money. The apartment was clean, modern but in an old building and I liked it and would recommend it as long as you can tolerate some noise. It's on the third floor so you have stairs but this is common in European/UK cities so don't expect a lift/elevator.
I have stayed in Innsbruck maybe 15 times over the years - this is probably the most central location yet. The weather was very warm and for the first few nights I had the bedroom window open - there is a bar/club open till 2am on the other side of the narrow street (hofgasse) and some people were shouting at the top of their voice until after 2am. This is not the property's fault - if you want to live this centrally you will need to put up with some noise and with cooler weather and the window closed the noise was reduced. Otherwise I have nothing bad to say about the apartment. I had to contact the owner about the door access code when I was on my way to the apartment but received this quickly and had no problems using it while I stayed.

Communication with the hosts could have been more timely, but other than that all good. (Might be worth noting the stairs to upper apartments are very steep so those with mobility difficulties might struggle.)

Awful beds, dirty sheets. Apartment not very clean. No elevator, 3 floors by stairs with luggage very uncomfortable.
