The sea view. The location cleanliness
Ii enjoyed it all but the do s and don’t were a bit off putting The fact that extra charges for early arrival cots etc. if you make a mess or accidentally damage the sheets housekeeping would charge. And yet you are expected to strip the beds before you leave to save them time. Welcome pack consisting of an inch of washing up liquid a sponge and a cloth not even a tea bag there should be a tea bag and milk to get you started
As I say just a little niggle but thoroughly enjoyed it otherwise

Location, location, location! Lovely comfortable modern flat in a beautiful old building with character on the seafront. Great views through lovely large windows. The bed was so comfy. Bathroom spotless. Plenty of places to eat, drink,shop and walk.
We parked in a side street easily.
It is so near the sea you can hear and see the waves, lovely and relaxing.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Recommended.
Nothing to complain about.
As we arrived on a very hot day it was very hot in the flat, an electric fan in the flat would have been a nice extra touch, but once we got the windows opened it did cool down.
Just a suggestion.

Exceptionally clean.
And a fantastic view, the welcome book was a nice touch too.
The cars racing along the road at night.
It was quite noisy at night, so struggled to get to sleep.
