Our stay came at a very unexpected and stressful time, as our flight was cancelled and we suddenly had to find somewhere to stay for the night. What could have been an extremely difficult experience was made so much easier because of Francesca.
From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, patient and accommodating. Her communication was excellent — she provided us with clear, perfect instructions and was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. She made everything feel effortless at a time when we were already overwhelmed with stress.
What touched us most was how genuinely caring and thoughtful she was. When our replacement flight home was later than expected, Francesca went out of her way to arrange an extra late check-out for us. That kindness meant more than she probably realised.
After an incredibly stressful night, walking into the hotel and being welcomed by someone so kind made us feel safe, comfortable and genuinely cared for — almost as though we were home and being looked after by family.
It is rare to come across someone who provides hospitality with such genuine warmth and compassion. This is the definition of the humanity that we thought was lost in the world. Francesca is an absolute credit to the hotel, and her kindness completely transformed what could have been a very unpleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the facilities were amazing - we even cooked a meal to have for breakfast as there was a supermarket close by.
Thank you, Francesca, for looking after us so wonderfully. We are truly grateful and will remember your kindness for a long time. If you stay here, you will be in the best possible hands. ❤️

Es war sehr sauber, als wir in die Unterkunft kamen, was die Klima an, die Raumtemperatur war sehr angenehm.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermieter war super und unkompliziert.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, habe nichts negatives zu sagen alles war top

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a vasútállomáshoz és buszpályaudvarhoz.
Az apartman tiszta és felszerelt. Az udvari parkolás nagy biztonságot ad. Jó környék.
Francesca mindenben nagyon sokat segített, a checkolasban, étterem ajánlásban, programokban, közlekedésben.
Ha legközelebb jövünk, biztosan itt szállunk meg illetve ajánlani fogom másoknak is!

Spent just one night after a long day of travel, and just needed a comfy bed to rest. Did not get it, the bed was hostel quality or less.
The room was beautiful but not worth if you can’t have a decent rest.
