The hotel is located near the Tirana Lake Park, surrounded by greenery and a very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. The staff was wonderful, very kind and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was very convenient. The area is quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay, but still close enough to the city center.

Hotel shumë i këndshëm dhe i rehatshëm. Dhomat ishin të pastra, të rregullta dhe moderne. Stafi shumë i sjellshëm dhe i gatshëm për çdo ndihmë. Vendndodhja shumë e mirë dhe mëngjesi i shijshëm. Do e rekomandoja pa hezitim.

Chambre fonctionnelle et relativement moderne
La réceptionniste a été très agréable et souriante
Hôtel extrêmement bruyant, situé juste à côté d’une route très passante. Aucun ascenseur, ce qui peut poser problème pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou avec des bagages lourds.
Les normes de sécurité sont clairement à revoir en urgence : les garde-corps sont beaucoup trop bas, ce qui représente un réel danger. Pire encore, une porte au niveau de la terrasse commune dans les étages donne directement sur le vide, avec une clé qui reste dans la serrure et ne peut pas être retirée. C’est extrêmement dangereux, surtout en présence d’enfants ou de personnes inattentives. Je rajoute même que cette porte pourrait s’apparenter à une issue de secours. Et j’ai le sentiment que ce n’est que la partie visible des problèmes.
L’attribution de 4 étoiles me semble largement surévaluée. Si c’est uniquement pour une réception ouverte 24h/24, cela ne suffit pas à compenser les nombreuses lacunes. Une nuit à la rigueur, mais certainement pas deux.
Des claquettes usagées et déjà utilisées sont proposées en guise de chaussons de chambre, en terme d’hygiène je pense que ce n’est pas top.
