Incredible experience with the Elephants for us and for the kids alike. Beautiful grounds and breathtaking views.

The staff were just so lovely and they all spoke such good English. I would highly recommend the full day elephant experience it was just so much fun. Like genuinely doing it was the best day of my entire life. I was a solo traveller and the staff just went above and beyond making sure I felt safe and happy. Staying here was truly so magical I can’t believe how lucky I feel. The elephants were treated so well and you could see they loved and trusted their care takers. Everything was clean and housekeeping was exceptional. And the bed, oh the bed I could sleep 1000 nights straight because it was just so comfortable. I can never stop talking about how incredible this place is I genuinely wish I could stay here the rest of my life.

Stayed in room one closest for breakfast and a great view over the river. The bamboo rafting was great and good value for money
Yes there are elephants, we never saw any chains or mistreatment but we never engaged in any of the elephants activities this hotel offers. However the elephants do seem to be kept overnight in a small pen and it was very cold at night.
