The apartments are located near the center, but on a very calm street. It is on a hill, as every property in Kas, but walkable, not so hard to reach. The house also has an elevator. The nearest beach is 5 min away. Kitchen in the room is well equipped with a lot of dishes, new pans and pots. One time room-cleaning is included in the price and it was good.
You can feel it is not fresh, especially the bathroom. There is a little mold in the shower, the bed has old stains on it. Hair dryer is not working, though it’s very cheap so it won’t be useful anyway. Bed linen is not so comfortable, the blanket is just a waffle-weave bedspread. The soundproofing in the house isn't very good, we could constantly hear the neighbors moving furniture. And as it often happens in apart-hotels, you have to wash the dishes before using it, because the previous guests did it not well.
