ロケーション、清潔感、スタッフの対応もとても良かった。
ホテルのせいではないが、近くの部屋で深夜に怒鳴り声が響いてフロントに伝えた方がいいのか悩んだり、寝られなかった。その後、午前2時頃の地震もあり、さらに寝られなかった。朝にも特に地震の影響など尋ねられることもなく、久しく大きな地震を経験していなかったため大きな不安を感じたが、とくに心配や安全確認されなかったのはこんなものなのかと感じた。そのこと以外は宿泊について大変満足している。

代理で二部屋予約させて頂き、尚足腰が不自由で新幹線を利用して、新三郷の私に会いに来たいとの事で、移動を考えたら東横INN三郷が良いかなと予約しました。車での移動となるので障害者雇用の駐車場を気持ち良く利用させて頂き、どのスタッフさんも親戚丁寧に対応して頂き有り難うございました。

駅から近くて良かった
予約の時点で禁煙を選んでなかったようで、喫煙の部屋だったので匂いが気になりました。
