Overall, we had a good experience at Mövenpick. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future.
Some of the staff were not very professional initially. However, when we raised our concern, they apologized and ensured that the mistake was not repeated. The staff needs to be better trained and more vigilant, as guests entrust them with their belongings. Unfortunately, one of our items went missing while our luggage was being handled, which was disappointing.

Every thing was good. Mr. Shoaib excellent staff at reception.
Parking guard is greedy and not giving respect to guests..I offer him some money but he demand more money so I refuse because my booking says I hav free parking space available.
