excellent location in Georgetown. Amazing value for money. Staff on whatsapp are really lovely and easy to speak to/sort out luggage store. Check in process really easy. Good shower (important for backpackers!). We were only one night so can’t comment on facilities but they don’t claim to have things that they don’t. Good shop next door.
We were having a relaxing evening and the tv didnt work, not a major issue but would have been good for some noise. One towel was stained with make up, doesn’t majorly bother me as I know make up is difficult to get out!

Just 200 meters from the ferry terminal. Location is superb on the quieter side of the road.

Location and staff pleasantries and eagerness to help. Easy to check in and out.
Super slow or no wifi. No hot water for showers, just luke warm. Also weak pressure. Room located with a public patio outside my window and I felt uneasy/unsafe as a solo female traveller.
