Hot tub was great. Beds were comfy. Lots of space/ living area. Mostly clean.
1 shower didn't work. 1 tv didn't work. There was no soap and could have given an extra toilet roll. Also 1 bathroom lock didn't work either. Nothing that bothered too much, but a little unprofessional in my eyes.

Lovely & clean , easy to find & central for our trip
As per the comments on the Sykes app the property is a little tired in areas . The option for an early check in even at an additional cost would have been nice.

Straightforward to enter the property. The bed was comfortable in the double bedroom. The cottage was a of a high quality and a lovely space and large decking area.
The outside light did not work, which meant the hot tub could not be used in the evening. We rang to ask for this to be replaced and we were told it was not urgent but someone "might come the next day". No one came. We rang again, we were told someone would come the next day. This time we have an email confirmation and a job no. Again no one came. By this time it was too late and we were on our last day. The single bed that my mother in law stayed in was not an adult width bed which was not highlighted. There was extremely minimal and intermittent wifi and very poor signal, so even the call with the customer service was almost impossible. There was no explanation of how to use the many remote controls. The towels were tiny and barely covered anything. The Bar had speakers all around so when the childrens' entertainment was happening there was nowhere to escape it abd there were not enough staff on the bar.
