Nice space, but use the earplugs they provide

Cute space, very comfortable

The family upstairs woke us up every morning running around and talking- no soundproofing between us and them. Door instructions were not terribly clear especially in the dark.

This place was absolutely beautiful! A perfect place to stay in seattle, very close to downtown seattle for the space needle etc, it was comfortable, talking to the owner was really easy and simple, couldn't ask for a better place, this was excellent!

Beautiful & clean house. Easy & smooth check in & out. David & Tracy went for details to make sure that our stay is comfortable Facilities are great: washer & dryer, kitchen appliances, soap, shampoo & conditioner, towels, etc & has umbrellas too. Location is good, short drive to pier, university, university village & down town. Highly recommended!

The back alley for parking is quite narrow but drive-able. Can hear.people walking on upper floor, the house is in semi- basement. No Aircon (but didn't feel warm at all in July)

My trip was work related and we where only 8 minutes away from work, and short distance from shopping center,restaurants

The property had everything we needed. Two bedrooms, it’s own private entrance, and parking.

Very good

Everything was wonderful, clean and tasteful. The futon in the living room was very uncomfortable, and my poor sister didn't sleep at all because it was so uncomfortable. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

Modern and Cute

Full kitchen - modern and beautiful. Lots of light in the kitchen area. Both rooms had lots of closet space and hangers included. Large blankets were included for extra warmth or for sofa bed. Beds were very comfy and they had a nice down comforter on each. Lighting brightened up the rooms since they had smaller windows. Bathroom was large and modern as well. Host left chocolate, toiletries, umbrellas, etc. for use. Driveway was right next to unit so we can keep an eye on car. Neighborhood was silent at night and very walkable. We did a few mile hike in the morning and got breakfast and coffee. Short drive to Seattle on the weekend, took about 15 mins. We did not want to stay downtown so this University district was perfect. Homes were lovely. Never used: TV, Stove, Oven, Yard (it looked cute)

The only thing was that the shower/tub drained slowly. Maybe update living room furniture but for the length of stay - it was not a bother. One of the chairs was a little small for my curves.

love the property itself also the host was nice to let me have noon late check out when I asked.

the house is clean and modern

The only problem I have with my stay was the noise. we are the basement unit so the family that stay above us was very loud. my brother stayed at the house and I went to stay with my aunt at UW hospital because she’s on comfort care. We checked in around 7 pm the go straight to the hospital. then I took my brother back to the house around 10 pm and I went back to stay with my aunt. when I came back around 8 in the morning I was hoping to get some sleep but the family on the above unit was extremely loud so I hardly get any sleep at all. if it weren’t for that my stay would have been perfect. so when you book this place, may sure you get the upstairs unit.

Very nice apartment in a great neighborhood with responsive hosts.

The home is very updated and clean, everything labeled and easy to use. It’s in a really nice neighborhood, easy walk to UW campus and restaurants etc.

The floor is a little cold, but every room has a thermostat so easy to control the temperature. I wish I had packed my slippers!

The place was perfect, nicely finished, comfortable and communication with the host was seamless.

Convenient location for our plans, off street parking

There was noise from neighboring parties, but this wasn't a surprise considering the location. The hosts thoughtfully had a stash of earplugs.

Perfect for all my needs

We were moving our daughter to a new apt at UW so the location as well as the parking was super helpful. Also thank you for all the special touches in the house and the fantastic new appliances!

Being in a half basement was initially a little unusual for us but it turned out perfect as it was so quiet upstairs. So there really isn’t anything I don’t like and I sure hope to come back in the future!
