The view, location, climate. It is within tea plantation, so it was easy to explore and shoot photos. Staffs guided me so well, sharing location, photos and videos well before my arrival to reach the stay.
Accessibility was a bit challenging. The road was so steep and narrow.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The atmosphere was simply breathtaking—serene surroundings, fresh air, and a beautifully maintained property that instantly put us at ease.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure our needs were met with a smile. Their exceptional service truly made us feel at home. Whether it was assisting with our requests or simply engaging in pleasant conversations, their warmth added a special touch to our stay. Must visit place for relaxing and having fun with friends and family.

Excellent location and staffs are very friendly.And the breakfast was so delicious. Well maintained room and clean bathroom.Overall it was a great experience.We will visit again in future. Highly recommend place to everyone.

Great views from the rooms, excellent location. Clean and nice rooms. Chithirapuram is a small and quaint village 15 minutes from Munnar town. Manager goes out of his way to accommodate you. Due to my mistake, i didn't book an extra Saturday night, all the same even though he was fully booked for that night he managed the situation gentely and i stayed another night.
They bring take out food delivery to the hotel, order enough time in advance.Their own breakfast currently not available since they have just started.
