The apartment is big, comfortable, good AC, was very clean on arrival and easy check in process with a door code. Host company was responsive when needed. Lots of towels supplied, hairdryer, iron, water on arrival, tea, coffee, cleaning products etc. Everything required was available.
It is a road facing apartment not beach facing. Dubai is a noisy city and the apt wasnt more noisy than expected. Minimart near by and security of the building pleasant. Waling distance to mall, restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, everything you need is within walking distance. Deposit was returned quickly also.
When we checked in every bathroom needed bulbs. When notified the company send maintenance the next morning which was good and they agreed the cleaners should have told them so it could be fixed before arrival. There was broken floorboard at the door and cupboards in the kitchen that needed repair. Some broken furniture that needs removing from the living area and scuffs on the walls. All of these minor things could be fixed in a day and i feel the company need to do this and just bring the apt up to a little better standard. I did bring to their attention so i hope it is all sorted by now for next guests. Perhaps they need to do an inspection once a month to catch these things as the standard of Apt rental is Dubai is high so just need to up their game a bit.
Its a shame no beach access is provided with the apt, it is inexpensive to provide passes for guests. We had access via a family member living on the Palm so it didnt affect us but people visiting need access to the beach and pool.

- frank porter check in process (making me wait at reception for 45mins with no clarify on arrival from thr check in staff as well as making excuses
