Tirando a localização, nada mais presta.

A localização é bem central, próxima dos principais pontos de interesse de Andorra la Vella e escaldes-engordany

Quarto MUITO PEQUENO, pagamos um quarto triplo pra ter mais conforto e apenas pegaram um quarto que mais parecia um cativeiro e colocaram 3 camas. Toalhas de baixíssima qualidade. Internet nao funciona de jeito NENHUM. Só pode fazer checkou a partir das 8 da manhã, então quem tem que viajar cedo perde o voo.

El personal es maravilloso, me alojo con mi mascota y son todo facilidades. A la hora de necesitar cualquier cosa, ponen todo de su parte y te ayudan.

Main purpose was budget, clean room and being able to reach ski resorts albeit some take 50 minutes

Reception staff friendly. Location was good in the old town but still only a brisk 10+ minutes walk to the bus stop for all ski areas.

Most of first week the dog of one of another guest often seemed to get left in room and barked and wined. A lot of noisy coming and going of visitors at various times during the night. But of course you get what you pay for,

Nos dieron una habitación interior que daba a un patio de un metro cuadrado como mucho. No entraba nada de luz ni de aire, además se colaban los ruidos y el olor a tabaco de otra habitación

Ubicación, personal muy amable y habitación muy limpia

La incomodidad de la cama y almohada, y los ruidos que se oían de madrugada. Tendrían que controlar más a los huéspedes sin educación ya que de 7 a 9 de la mañana un domingo sacan a los niños al pasillo y los dejan ahí gritando dos horas, el resto de huéspedes estamos descansando y no tenemos porque aguantar a los niños de otros, claramente irresponsabilidad de los padres que se piensan que están en su casa

El trato con la chica de recepción fue impecable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. El desayuno que era buffet era muy completo y el café te lo hacían al momento con la cafetera!!! Cosa que me gustó ya que en la mayoría de sitios te ponen el café de máquinas que sale aguado. Además en las habitaciones disponía de almohadas adicionales.

Por decir algo mi habitación no tenía una ventana muy grande y la que tenía daba a un patio interior. Y tenía cortina en la ducha.

The room was clean, small but had everything you need.

The room had no air conditioning nor a air system, thus the room was very hot and the air was bad. The window (between two walls) was not a big help to cook down the room

Needs improvement. Cheap and cheerful. Attractive lady receptionists always a bonus.

The price was reasonable.

The deposit ask when checking it. The theft of my bowl of food by a housekeeper who did not put extra soap in the bathroom. The neighbour who was shooting air pellets at the nesting pigeons. The lack of any where in the shower to put soap and shampoo. The hotel should clear the pigeons out. The lack of iron and ironing board. Not even house keeping had an ironing board for guests. The iron offered was filthy dirty with brown gunk.

Location and staff where helpful.

Limited natural light. Nosiy when window open but room got to stuffy when window was closed. Room was very small and tight for a single travel will be just fine. Room was only cleaned after 1st night (stayed 3)

It is nicely positioned. Nice and OK price for breakfast. Very positive and helpful staff.

Extremely small and with almost no day light. Very difficult to open window without getting all the air from the kitchen of the restaurant. Not the cleanest place I have been staying at, yet OK. Place needs a bit of a maintenance.

Pleasant

Simple and basic, but everything you need- comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Good location in the old town.

It takes a very long time for hot water to come through in the shower. View from the room is of a concrete wall.
