No pool, small workout area, limited eating options

The location was fantastic. Once we parked our car, we didn’t move it the entire rest of our stay. We walked to shops on Main Street, ball games at La Fluor field, restaurants, trails at Reedy Park, and the Saturday Farmers Market.

I would have liked a directory in the room explaining some of the amenities, like how to use the safe, hours of restaurants, gym hours and spa services. There were some QR codes, but not for specific details.

This hotel is stunning! It is perfectly located on the falls in downtown, with all the great shopping in walking distance. Our rooms were fresh, very clean, and comfortable. The restaurant was great and it is beautifully decorated. Can’t wait to come back.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment this weekend. I had made a reservation and paid for the services I expected to receive. Upon arrival, I was informed that my luggage would be brought up to my room. However, I did not receive it. Additionally, when I requested a cart for my luggage, I was told that there would be a five-minute wait. Unfortunately, the cart did not arrive. I was particularly disappointed with the treatment I received, as I believe it was due to the fact that we appeared to be outsiders. I paid nearly two thousand dollars for a basic level of service. Furthermore, when the room was cleaned, the water dispensers were not refilled, and a towel was removed from my bag without my consent. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the overall experience.
