La gentillesse du propriétaire. Le côté très propre et coquet de l’appartement. Il dispose d’une Clim et d’une terrasse très agréable. Bien équipé pour cuisiner à la maison

Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen und haben direkt vor der Haustür einen Parkplatz gefunden. Morgens ist der Platz im Schatten. Super.
Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Sie ist neu, modern und absolut sauber. Es gibt zwei Klimageräte und das Bett ist bequem.
Zum Bahnhof ist es eine Minute, aber in der Wohnung hört man davon praktisch nichts. Nachts war es ruhig. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt.
Zu Fuß in die Altstadt oder bis zum Hafen geht man in einer guten Viertelstunde.
Auf dem Weg dort hin gibt es das beste Eis bei Martinucci. Genial.
Zum Frühstück wird man in die Bar am Bahnhof eingeladen. Wir hatten allerdings alles dabei und haben in der Wohnung gefrühstückt.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Leute.
Manchmal riecht es im Bad etwas nach Ausguss.

Господиня Беатріс дуже приємна і гостинна. Надіслала чіткі інструкції, як знайти помешкання та потрапити всередину. Щодня запрошувала на сніданок у бар на залізничній станції поряд, навіть о 4 ранку, коли у нас був ранній виїзд. Помешкання дуже гарне і чисте, були всі необхідні зручності. Воно поряд із залізничною станцією, але поїздів не чути практично, найближчий пляж десь за 10-15 хв пішки.

Colazione 10/10. I proprietari dispongono di un bar di fianco all'abitazione che prepara di tutto e di più. La colazione ci è stata offerta tutte le mattine dai gentilissimi proprietari. Dispongono anche di latte senza lattosio.
La casa è in una zona comodissima e ideale sia per prendere il treno (che abbiamo usato per arrivare e tornare dall'aeroporto di Bari) che l'autobus, che è stato il nostro principale mezzo di spostamento per raggiungere qualunque posto volessimo (centro, spiagge).
Importante: La zona è sicura, anche di notte.
I proprietari sono incredibili, hanno un cuore e una gentilezza unici e hanno sempre soddisfatto ogni richiesta e bisogno: ci hanno addirittura procurato un ombrellone!
Non ho mai incontrato degli host così gentili , generosi e disponibili quanto loro.
Siamo capitati qui per caso ed è stato uno dei posti migliori in cui sia mai stato, se non il migliore.
Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia intenzione di visitare Monopoli.
L'unico difetto di questa vacanza è che è finita
