The cottage was very spacious, warm with easy access to front and rear of property. The location was excellent with around 20 yards to walk to the high street, most convenient. The bed we slept in was both firm and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed and the seating was very good. Overall excellent 5 stars !
The tv could be a little larger. Not much to complain about.

Nice bright property. Ideal for our trip. Very close to amenities

Lovely beds and comfy rooms. Excellent location in the middle of Stokesley- close to shops and pubs. Kettle was broken and was very quickly replaced - very good service.
Random bread left in cupboard, not enough toilet roll and bottom rack of dishwasher broken.
