Great location for the start of few days driving around The Alps , very nice breakfast lots of options hot and cold .. and private underground parking which is paid for but worth it

Good location in the centre of town with easy access to the train and bus station - clean and well maintained with an excellent breakfast - underground parking is convenient- nice touch having free tea and coffee available until 4 pm
The property and the facilities are very good however this is let down by some of the staff - the majority of the staff we came in contact with were helpful polite and professional - this wasn’t the case when checking in - questions such as “does the hotel offer a laundry service” was answered with one word - no - there was no follow up explaining that there is a laundromat in the town - not very helpful and neither was the explanation of how the guest card worked - shame really as this lowered the overall score given to what is a good hotel

Separate locked area in underground carpark for bicycles.
Large flatscreen TV with streaming.
Friendly helpful reception staff.
Carpet in room.
Good WiFi.
Strong bleach smell in the bathroom on arrival.
No charging point for e-bikes in bicycle storage area.
Small cramped room with no space to get between bed and open door to balcony.
No refrigerator in room.
Dirty windows.
